Teen Intervene is an evidence-based brief intervention for youth who may be experiencing problems associated with tobacco, alcohol or other drug use. Come learn more about how to use this brief intervention program that is based on motivational interviewing, stages of change, and CBT techniques to help teens reduce their use. Hear one California SBHC’s experience using the Teen Intervene model, and learn strategies to integrate non-punitive approaches to address student tobacco/vaping, alcohol and other drug use on campus.
